I stand with the Girl Scouts against LGBT discrimination

A donor recently gave the Girl Scouts of Western Washington $100,000—and then backed out when they learned Girl Scouts welcome transgender girls.

No one deserves to be discriminated against or shut out of opportunities for who they are or who they love. Every girl deserves access to a safe, friendly environment where she can be proud of who she is. Our community is stronger when we are inclusive, and that means girls of all race, ethnicity, religion, background, sexual orientation, and gender identity should be welcomed in Girl Scouts.
